1/3/24. (Laureen Friary): Karen Macleod was crossing the street by Grinnel Library yesterday and was struck by a car.
She was transported to Westchester Medical last night, they suspected internal bleeding.
She is not bleeding, thank God!
She has multiple fractures of her extremities needing surgery.

Heavenly Father, we ask that you continue to keep our revival going strong. Please bless our HRC Kids program, Youth Group and their leaders.

(June Nuzzo): Hi all- I have not shared this recently in the last few weeks as again it seems trivial to all the very sad news that we have heard recently and the recent passing of so may loved ones but I am asking for prayer. Another of my key employees gave notice a week before Christmas due to his personal family obligations and has now moved on to attend to his family. The recent hire that started the beginning of December is wonderful! ( thanks for all your prayers on that!) I am trying very hard not to be too stressed and down over this as tax season is quickly approaching! Today, a new resume surfaced and I am meeting him on Thursday at 2 . His resume is Sooo promising ! know that God has blessed this new venture in my life and I trust that He has got it in his hands! Please pray that Andrew ( my interview) is my answer!

12/28 (Arlene Surprenant): Thank you for prayers. Updating you. My husband Vaughn is worse and now under Hospice care. Big burden off my shoulders. They are doing everything here because Vaughn still cannot move and memory worse. My cardiac catherization is next Friday morning. If they find the need will put in one or two stents. After that my eye surgery. Thinking God is working on his timeline but your prayers are helping so much. Grateful.

12/22 (Arlene Surprenant): Continued prayers for our family please. Husband Vaughn bedridden and not able to move for several days with his pain. Think he broke something serious on top of broken bones in spine. Prayers for me. Heart arteries may be blocked and may need surgery. Around the same time I need cataract surgery. Thanks for all your good wishes. Having faith but this is out of the blue and I'm still stunned.

12/19/23. (Laureen Friary): Update on Francine's surgery after waiting ALL day... (her surgery was hours shorter than expected and they sent her home without speaking with dr.):

The surgery was a success
They ground down a bump on side of nose and the eye popped into place.
There was also a hole in side of nose near eye..(she actually breathing thru it)
That was closed using soft tissue so no bone graft was required!

12/18. (June Nuzzo): Tragic news to share this evening on the upcoming funeral of Rich's passing. Tonight there was a serious accident near my tax office on route 52 and 376 as a pedestrian was hit and was transported to the hospital by helicopter, no word on that yet but as this happened, one of our East Fishkill police officers was notified to race to the scene from Miller Hill Rd and the Taconic and was in a terrible car accident that was fatal. There was not a second helicopter readily available . I can't announce the name of the officer of yet but know him and I believe he has shared in serving the nativity in the past. So much sadness in this time and trying to make sense of it all. Please pray for the East Fishkill Police tonight and to the officer's family

12/11. (Arlene Surprenant): A sad update: My sister Joyce passed away a little after 2pm today. My husband Vaughn has had a really bad day in back pain and not being able to move with his pressure and pulse falling too low. I called an ambulance around 5pm and he is now in Vassar Hospital. Pray for all of us. And thank you Judy Proal for that delicious dinner brought in just as the ambulance was leaving. I have one of two stress tests tomorrow to see if my heart is having issues. Please pray for me. My health not good at this point either. Many thanks.
