Rev Titus has accepted the offer of a liver and kidney. Surgery will begin about 7 or 8 tonight (Monday) once the team flies in with the organs. Pray for the family that is donating them, and for the surgical teams. The doctor says that Eric will get worse before he gets better but that he cannot wait.

And, Dad Gerlach that his independent living apartment is remodeled sooner that 5 weeks. He can't drive to visit Carol so he is relying on family daily to get him there til his apartment is ready. His wife Joyce was brought by ambulance to the hospital suffering from a severe headache and vertigo to the point of not being able to sit up or walk. Please prayer for God's loving care and healing so that the doctor's are able to help her.

Nancy reports that Eric keeps making little positive baby steps. A doctor said that if things continue to hold, they will put him back on the transplant list next week. He continues to have short bits of time off the ventilator, to strengthen him, but they want to keep it to help him rest. Earlier this week that put in a tracheotomy tube, to help preserve his lungs. A CT scan showed that his new liver has grown to a more or less normal size ( the size of a footfall), but that there is an 8 cm (over 3 inch) spot of dead tissue in it, which has probably been the source of the infection they have been fighting.

(Anon): Phil Peluso, 42 yr old, is fighting Stage 4 lung cancer which has gone to his bones. His wife, Katie, is 6 months pregnant with their 2nd child; their son, Jackson, is 5 yrs old. Prayers for strength, healing, miracles and acceptance of God's plan.
(Diane Ackley): Prayers for Chris Pinto, 51 yrs old. He's been trying to recover from a stroke and haven't progressed much in three or four months.
